Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Management, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Compliance or Legal function within Financial Institutions
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., OJK, PPATK), preferably in the Multifinance industry
- Good communication and reporting skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong analytical thinking, initiative, and time management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct gap analysis for new regulations and monitor their implementation within the company
- Review and validate internal regulations, including SOPs, policies, and guidelines
- Perform compliance testing to ensure adherence to applicable regulations
- Deliver compliance training and raise awareness among employees
- Socialize regulatory updates to relevant stakeholders
- Provide advisory support related to regulatory requirements (OJK and internal policies)
