Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program effectively
• Develop and maintain annual testing plans per regulatory expectations
• Identify and assess compliance control gaps and document findings
• Prepare clear reports for senior management and regulators
• Support compliance project milestones and initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Compliance or AML functions
• 2+ years in Compliance Monitoring & Testing roles
• Strong understanding of Canadian regulatory requirements
• Experience with compliance training program delivery
• Proven analytical and communication skills
