Job Description:
Monitors activities to minimize the company's exposure to risk. Activities may include quantitative analysis, risk identification, and remediation. Represents or supports the reputation of the company to minimize compliance an regulatory risk by resolving issues and ensuring adherence to company and legal standards. Responsible for ensuring that all the company's activities adhere to the necessary rules and regulations, and that the company complies with the legal/regulatory statutes and jurisdictions.
Business Need:
– Net new positions within BSI's Operations Department
Openings:
– 1
Location:
– Hybrid position in NYC
– 3 days a week onsite – 2 days a week remote
– Not open to fully remote candidates
Duration:
– 4-month contract
– No possibility of extensions and/or FTE conversion at this time
Must-Have Requirements:
– Bilingual in Spanish/English (written & verbal)
– 2-3 years of experience with the below industry requirements:
– Transaction Monitoring & Alert Review experience
– AML / Financial Crime Regulatory Knowledge
– Alert Investigation and Documentation experience
– Unusual Activity Escalation and Reporting experience
Interview Process:
– 2 rounds of interviews
