  • Support marketing and innovation initiatives through financial analysis across new product development, pricing and promotional activity.
  • Lead the financial analysis and consolidation of the annual budget across retail and third-party channels.

  • Partner across Finance, IT, Procurement and commercial teams to help embed a high-performance, ownership-led culture.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives that strengthen reporting, planning, forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.

You are CA/CPA qualified, with a strong track record in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering roles within FMCG, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing or similarly fast-paced environments.

You bring a strong blend of commercial acumen, analytical capability and stakeholder engagement skills. You are comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, enjoy partnering cross-functionally and are willing to be hands-on in supporting both strategic and operational outcomes.

Ideally, you will also bring exposure to demand planning, S&OP or IBP processes, however candidates with strong commercial finance capability and the appetite to step into a broader remit are also encouraged to apply.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

  • Strong commercial finance and business partnering capability
