We’d love it if you had:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial / commercial controlling / commercial reporting;
- Experience in the commercial / delivery or transportation field would be a plus;
- Business acumen / capable to quickly learn and understand the business processes;
- Time management skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results;
- Strong analytical and reasoning ability with attention to accuracy;
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with all stakeholders;
- Quick learner, able to adapt productively to a new environment;
- Proactive, inquisitive, and willing to challenge the Status Quo;
You need to successfully:
- Coordinating and supervising budgeting & reporting activities;
- Consolidate all the initiatives from business and ROI perspective and present to the Commercial Management Team;
- Lead strategic projects (business impact for new projects);
- Prepare the Monthly Business Review with Risks & Ops initiatives;
- Prepare Forecast (Annually, Monthly, Daily), review the budget as well as doing monthly comparisons;
- Developing business cases and analyzing together with the business the proposals;
- Coordinate with Sales Teams to determine pricing exceptions for existing customers;
- Determine pricing offer for new clients based on customer personas and templates;
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, create financial models for decision support and recommend actions for optimization;
- Creation of ad-hoc related analysis;
- Ensuring continuous process improvement and efficiency increase.
