Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in Mexico through regular communication and business engagement, serving as the primary commercial contact for strategic clients.
- Manage commercial activities including quotations, pricing, contract reviews, and negotiations, ensuring commercial terms comply with company policies and risk control requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and finance teams to develop competitive technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements.
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated internally and translated into deliverable solutions.
- Oversee the commercial execution of signed contracts to ensure delivery commitments and customer expectations are met, and support factory audits, technical discussions, and project implementation when required.
- Coordinate with the North America sales team and Mexico-based operations to ensure smooth collaboration between commercial activities and manufacturing capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in sales, commercial management, or business development in the power equipment or energy sector.
- Experience working with utility companies, EPC contractors, or industrial customers in Mexico.
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and international environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
