Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in Mexico through regular communication and business engagement, serving as the primary commercial contact for strategic clients.
  2. Manage commercial activities including quotations, pricing, contract reviews, and negotiations, ensuring commercial terms comply with company policies and risk control requirements.
  3. Work closely with engineering, production, and finance teams to develop competitive technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements.
  4. Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated internally and translated into deliverable solutions.
  5. Oversee the commercial execution of signed contracts to ensure delivery commitments and customer expectations are met, and support factory audits, technical discussions, and project implementation when required.
  6. Coordinate with the North America sales team and Mexico-based operations to ensure smooth collaboration between commercial activities and manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 8–10 years of experience in sales, commercial management, or business development in the power equipment or energy sector.
  3. Experience working with utility companies, EPC contractors, or industrial customers in Mexico.
  4. Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and international environment.
  6. Fluent in English and Spanish.
