Job Description:
- Monitor and analyze operational and commercial performance across business units on a regular basis.
- Support initiatives to improve the company's financial performance, business targets, productivity, and fleet utilization.
- Develop and provide operational analysis and management support to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost efficiency, and fleet optimization.
- Coordinate the implementation of business development, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate the performance of products, channels, and operational areas, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare business presentations, management reports, and executive reports on business performance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other related functions to ensure effective program execution.
- Ensure the availability of accurate and reliable data to support business planning, monitoring, and decision-making.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Planning, Performance Management, Commercial Strategy, Operations Management, or Business Development.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Amazon Quicksuite, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Understanding of business processes in the transportation, service, or related industries is an advantage.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, business case development, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Willing to travel to branches or operational units as required.
