Our client is looking for a hybrid Collections Specialist. This individual will be responsible **
Accountable for ensuring prompt responses from assigned customers with an open receivable to both confirm receipt of invoice document and record estimated pay date.
Responsible for entire cash receipt process from handling to recording to posting and requesting electronic payment from customers.
Make customer calls as needed to resolve collection disputes.
Maintain daily aging notes report, recording of appropriate cash receipt transactions and collection comments/notes accordingly. Readying this data for general ledger accountant reporting to upper management for cash available analysis.

$25/hr to $29/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
