To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new Collections Officer.
Job purpose:
Execute the collection of outstanding debts. will work closely with customers to resolve overdue amounts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all collectibles are received on a periodic basis’s
- Create coherent collections strategy aligned with company’s vision
- Implement collections strategy on segmental and periodic basis
- Ensure all merchants are communicated with about their contracts and dues
- Communicate with all internal stakeholders about collection activity
- produce periodic reporting and analysis for collections cycle
- Execute troubleshooting and solving complex issues and challenges in collections section
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- 0-2 year of experience in debit collection
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
