With considerable market share, an enviable reputation for staff welfare and highly regarded reporting formats, they now seek an additional staff surveyor as follows:
MRICS/FRICS qualified with VRS
Accessible to a range of NW, SW, W, WC and EC postcodes
Tech savvy, embracing new technology as a means to providing the best service and reports possible
Familiar with BTL and HMO valuation methodology, as well as wider inspection and valuation protocol.
Typical workload comprises 1 report per day or lessfocused on quality over quantity
Designated patch, sensible booking and an unmatched focus on work/life balance / employee wellbeing
In addition to undertaking a small number of inspections, checking the quality of reports coming back from panel appointees
Suitable Staff Surveyors / Valuers will reside in a London postcode, come from a stable career background and have a desire to work client side with a demonstrable track record in investment valuation.
