Client Services Team Leader, Financial Planning Jobs in Taunton, UK at Albert Goodman
We’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused Client Services Team Leader to join our Financial Planning team in Taunton. In this support role, you will lead our team of administrators, working closely with our Financial Planning Consultants to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional client care and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
Provide team leadership with administrative support across all stages of the client journey. Conduct team reviews, help train staff and ensure we follow correct processes on the Intelligent Office Database. Manage new business applications through to completion, prioritising client care and satisfaction. Communicate regularly with clients, product providers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of new and ongoing business, all to a high service standard.
What
We Need From You
- Previous experience managing administration teams
- Experience in a similar role, including the use of Intelligent Office client database/back‑office system
- Awareness of FCA compliance requirements
- Interest in progressing with industry qualifications
- Great communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise your workload
- A love of working in a team, with a focus on client care
