JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for partner relationship management activities that include account management processes, managing relationships with clients and partners, contract negotiation and closing, product demonstration and SLAs for existing and new product service and functions to provide product and customer improvements.

Responsibilities

Product and Partner Alignment Requirements

Build, maintain, and improve existing and new relationships with our clients and partners.

Be a point of contact for our clients & partners and handle any complaints, questions, or concerns swiftly, professionally, and effectively.

Gain a deep understanding of our product and become an ambassador for our brand.

Create and manage proactive management partner relationships to improve quality, cost, delivery and innovative performances.

Implement competitive advantage mechanism by improving communication and collaboration practices to lead to quality products and services with tracking and measurements of key success targets

Educate and inform clients about the company’s products and services.

Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Conduct client satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction

Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations

Evaluate the partner’s capabilities to meet current and future demands

Negotiate and close contracts & agreements to maximize profits with clients and partners.

Identify challenges, risks and barriers and look for ways to improve the working relationships to increase efficiencies and effectiveness

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships through structured stakeholder management plans and tracking

Act as representative for company to ensure customer service targets met to improve the clients and partners experience

Create partner segmentation matrix for resources and technical requirements

Reporting

Conduct weekly and month end reports

Maintain a stakeholder matrix and conduct gap analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics

Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) certification is an asset

MBA or Master’s Degree in relevant field an asset

Preferred Experience:

8-10 years of experience, preferably with blue chip companies in following industries: insurance, banking, management or technical consulting

Job-Specific Skills:

Excellent communications skills

Solid experience on CRM software (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc)

Excellent MS word, excel and power point skills
