Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare key documents for member and client meetings
• Efficiently manage advisors’ calendars and calls
• Complete account openings and transactions as needed
• Address client queries and propose solutions
• Assist in producing necessary reports and statistics
Requirements:
• College diploma in a relevant field
• At least one year of experience in a similar role
• Other qualifications may be considered
• Fluency in French is essential
