Purpose
of Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join Pantheon’s Change team on a permanent basis, working on strategic client experience programs. The Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and support project delivery across multiple areas including strategy, business change, systems development and implementation. The successful candidate will be an expert in eliciting, validating and tracking business and system requirements from initiation through to successful delivery.
They will have broad experience working on a variety of technology and change projects in the financial services sector and ideallyasının experience within private markets front‑office / investor relations operating models. The candidate will have strong stakeholder‑management skills and the ability to work independently with technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of new projects, including eliciting objectives, scope and success criteria
- Gather and document business and system requirements, collaborating with technology and business team partners to drive consensus
- Define and document end‑to‑end business process maps, data flow models, usecases and entity‑relationship diagrams and other relevant project artefacts
- Work with business and technology colleagues to verify and validate requirements against solution delivery at each step of the lifecycle
- Pro muitoatively establish working relationships with key stakeholders and subject‑matter experts
- Support the successful adoption of business and IT change within the business community by maintaining engagement with the user base, enabling training and support as required
- Consistently own and drive through project issues confirmer a successful resolution with the respective teams in a timely manner
