Job Description
- Acquire NTB (new to bank) customers for Retail Bank at designated location or assigned geographical coverage area in order to increase number of customer, balance and revenue for the bank with focus on sourcing from referral, offline exhibition and MGM program
- Proactively approach in-segment prospective clients to identify and understand real financial needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in UOB’s products
- Provide product and proposition information for UOB prospective clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits
- Identify Investment cross-selling opportunities as well as to sell other products
- Assist prospective clients in all account opening process and maintain good relationship with UOB clients for referral opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree’s any major from reputable university, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication in English written and conversational
- High motivation, curiosity to learn banking industry and adaptive
- Willing to be placed in different branches in same city
