Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Chief Strategy Officer, based in Hong Kong SAR with flexibility for some remote work. The Chief Strategy Officer will be responsible for overseeing strategic planning processes, driving business growth initiatives, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with executives to develop and implement business strategies, managing financial planning efforts, and providing strategic insights to improve organizational performance.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Strategic Planning and Business Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with market and financial analysis
- Knowledge in Finance, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Leadership experience in Executive Management, with the ability to influence and drive change
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, or related areas is a plus
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
