Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and refinement of the company’s long-term strategic vision and multi-year roadmap.

Partner with the CEO and Board to define enterprise priorities, growth initiatives, and capital allocation strategies.

Conduct market, competitive, and industry analyses to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and strategic pivots.

Translate high-level strategy into executable initiatives with measurable milestones and KPIs.

Oversee corporate development activities including M&A strategy, partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic investments.

Drive cross-functional alignment across product, operations, finance, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives.

Establish enterprise-wide performance metrics to track progress against strategic goals.

Lead strategic planning cycles, including annual and long-range planning processes.

Evaluate new market entry opportunities, business model innovation, and diversification strategies.

Support fundraising initiatives, investor relations strategy, and board communications as needed.

Identify operational and structural inefficiencies and lead transformation initiatives to improve scalability and profitability.

Serve as a key thought partner to the executive leadership team on major business decisions, risk mitigation, and competitive positioning.

Operating Context

Operates within a high-growth, fast-paced organization undergoing scaling or transformation.

Works closely with executive leadership, board members, investors, and external partners.

Advanced analytical capabilities, including market modeling and strategic scenario planning.

Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to boards and investors.

Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or executive operating roles.

Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed, venture-backed, or publicly traded organizations is highly valued.

Track record of leading M&A transactions, integrations, or strategic partnerships.

MBA or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field strongly preferred.

Background in strategy consulting (e.g., top-tier consulting firms) is highly desirable.

Experience scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth or transformation.
