This executive will serve as the senior-most commercial leader, with full accountability for revenue strategy, go-to-market execution, and performance across the business. The role requires a hands-on leader who can unify revenue functions, introduce operating rigor, and build a predictable, scalable growth engine.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Growth
- Own and deliver against revenue growth targets across new business and expansion
- Refine go-to-market strategy across multiple products, buyer types, and sales motions
- Drive cross-sell, upsell, and multi-product adoption within an existing customer base
- Evolve pricing and packaging to increase contract value and long-term customer economics
Sales Leadership & Execution
- Lead and develop a distributed sales organization
- Improve pipeline generation, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy
- Establish repeatable sales processes and playbooks across a complex go-to-market motion
Customer Expansion & Retention
- Elevate account management into a commercially driven function
- Increase expansion revenue and improve retention performance
- Drive a more strategic approach to managing the full customer lifecycle
Marketing & Demand Generation
- Oversee marketing to strengthen positioning, messaging, and demand generation
- Improve marketing’s contribution to pipeline, expansion, and retention
- Ensure product marketing supports a multi-product, multi-buyer go-to-market strategy
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Product and Strategy teams to align roadmap with commercial priorities
- Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, planning, and performance visibility
- Serve as a key external voice with customers, partners, and senior stakeholders
Revenue Operations & Performance Discipline
- Introduce structure, metrics, and accountability across the full revenue organization
- Improve visibility into pipeline health, customer performance, and revenue drivers
- Leverage data and tools to increase sales productivity and decision-making quality
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience serving as a Chief Revenue Officer or equivalent senior commercial leader within a recurring revenue business
- Track record of scaling revenue in a complex, multi-product or multi-buyer environment
- Experience leading integrated revenue functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process discipline
- Demonstrated success driving expansion-led growth within an existing customer base
- Experience improving retention, cross-sell, and overall customer lifetime value
- Background operating in private capital-backed or similarly performance-driven environments
- Builder mindset with the ability to introduce structure, accountability, and repeatability
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
