Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and scale all revenue-generating functions across the organization. This executive will be responsible for aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships to drive sustainable revenue growth and maximize enterprise value.
The CRO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with investors and board members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy aligned with company objectives
- Lead and integrate core revenue functions: Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success
- Build scalable go-to-market (GTM) frameworks to drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Establish data-driven performance metrics, forecasting models, and revenue KPIs
- Identify and unlock new revenue streams, partnerships, and market opportunities
- Optimize pricing strategies, sales processes, and conversion funnels
- Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing commercial teams across multiple regions
- Collaborate with Product and Finance teams to align growth strategy with product roadmap and financial targets
- Present revenue performance and strategic initiatives to executive leadership and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in revenue, sales, or commercial roles, with at least 5 years in an executive capacity (CRO, VP Sales, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth, venture-backed, or private equity-backed companies
- Strong expertise in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or digital asset industries (preferred)
- Deep understanding of modern GTM strategies, including digital acquisition and enterprise sales
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making
- Demonstrated success in building and leading distributed/remote teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including board-level interaction
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
