Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer at ACE Athletics, The Chief Operating Officer will oversee day-to-day operations for a product ready to GTM, as well as manage key business processes, and drive financial planning across the organization. Responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, coordinating strategic initiatives, and executing budgetary controls. The COO will be a vital leader in operational strategy, resource optimization, and team excellence, contributing to the company’s sustained success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management
- Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on operational data and metrics
- Experience in Finance and Budgeting processes
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to implement strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in scaling operational frameworks and systems
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is a plus
- Background in sports management or familiarity with college athletics is an advantage
