Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will oversee daily business operations, including business planning, financial management, and operations management. They will develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure financial health. The role requires collaboration with other senior leaders to align business functions with overall organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Planning, strategic development, and organizational scaling
- Strong experience in Operations Management, with a focus on efficiency and team leadership
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess and improve processes and performance
- Expertise in Finance, including financial planning, reporting, and investment strategies
- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost management to ensure financial sustainability and growth
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Experience working in or with VFX/creative industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
