Position Overview
The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations and ensuring efficient business performance. This role focuses on improving operational processes, managing teams, and supporting the company’s overall growth and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
Develop and implement operational strategies and business processes
Manage and optimize service delivery, quality control, and efficiency
Supervise department managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
Monitor operational performance and key business metrics
Support financial planning and budget management in coordination with leadership
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Report operational performance and insights to the executive leadership team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in operations management or senior leadership roles
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple business functions
Good understanding of business processes and service operations
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in tax services, accounting, or professional service industries
Background in small to mid-sized business operations
