The Chief Operating Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeingoperations, inventory planning, logistics, and business infrastructure across a fast-growing multi-channelbrand. This individual will help drive operational excellence, scalability, and cross-functional alignment asthe company continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide operational strategy and execution
- Oversee inventory planning, logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain operations
- Build and refine S&OP and forecasting processes across departments
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Merchandising, Sales, and Ecommerce teams
- Drive operational efficiency, systems optimization, and process improvement
- Manage 3PL and distribution partnerships
- Develop scalable infrastructure, reporting, and KPI frameworks
- Build and mentor high-performing teams while driving accountability and execution
Qualifications
- 15+ years of operational leadership experience within fashion, apparel, retail, or consumer brands
- Experience in high-growth, multi-channel environments
- Strong background in inventory planning, logistics, and operational scaling
- Hands-on leadership style with strong analytical and financial acumen
- Experience with ERP systems, forecasting tools, and operational infrastructure
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining detail-oriented
Salary – $320,000-$340,000 + Bonus (10-20%) + Equity
