Kā is a conscious, premium slow-fashion brand based in Monterrey, Mexico, with sales in Mexico, the USA, and a European launch planned for 2026. We are at a defining moment: we have a clear creative vision, a strong client, and a growing brand. We need someone to help translate that vision into a real operating system.
We are looking for a Fractional COO / Fashion Business Strategist for an initial 90-day engagement, with strong potential to continue as an ongoing fractional role.
What you will build with us:
• Brand business model, pricing architecture, and margin structure
• Collection and drop calendar (12 months)
• Production and costing system
• Sales and distribution plan (Mexico, USA, and European expansion)
• Wholesale strategy: boutiques, showrooms, private clients
• Cash-flow projection and financial roadmap
• Team structure and 12-month execution calendar
The profile we are looking for:
• Experience with premium, independent, slow-fashion, or luxury-adjacent brands
• Deep understanding of production, costing, margins, wholesale, and operational planning
• Ability to work closely with a founder: protect the soul and positioning of the brand, and turn vision into structure
• Strategic and practical; commercially intelligent; highly organized
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
• Open to a fractional, project-based engagement structure
