Position Overview

We are seeking a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) with a global perspective, exceptional investment acumen, and strategic leadership capabilities to assume comprehensive responsibility for the company's overall investment strategy formulation, asset allocation, capital operations, and portfolio management.

As a core member of the company's executive leadership, the CIO will work closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO, and the Senior Management Team to spearhead the company's investment initiatives across capital markets, private equity, digital assets, FinTech, Web3, cross-border finance, and diversified asset classes, thereby driving long-term capital appreciation and strategic growth for the organization.

This role requires a candidate possessing deep experience in financial markets, keen macroeconomic insight, and exceptional risk management capabilities—someone capable of identifying high-value investment opportunities and constructing a sustainable investment framework within a complex and dynamic global market environment.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Strategy & Asset Allocation

 Formulate and execute the company's overall investment strategy and capital allocation plans;

 Oversee global asset allocation, including:

  Equity Markets

  Fixed Income

  Private Equity

  Venture Capital

  Digital Assets

  Commodities

  Derivatives and Alternative Investments;

 Dynamically adjust the investment portfolio based on macroeconomic conditions, market cycles, and industry trends;

  Establish mechanisms for long-term capital appreciation and for balancing risk against return.

Investment Management & Decision-Making

 Lead the evaluation, due diligence, and decision-making processes for major investment projects;

  Develop investment analysis models, valuation frameworks, and research methodologies;

  Monitor portfolio performance and continuously optimize the return structure;

  Identify high-growth sectors and strategic investment opportunities;

  Participate in M&A activities, strategic financing rounds, and capital markets-related initiatives.

Risk Control & Compliance Management

  Establish a comprehensive investment risk management framework;

  Manage market risk, liquidity risk, credit risk, and operational risk;

  Ensure that all investment activities comply with global regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards;

  Collaborate with legal, audit, and compliance teams to enhance internal control mechanisms.

Team Management & Organizational Development

  Build and lead a high-performance investment team;

 Establish systems for investment research, trade execution, and post-investment management;

  Develop investment talent and enhance the team's professional capabilities;

  Foster a data-driven and institutionalized investment culture.

External Relations & Capital Partnerships

  Cultivate and maintain relationships with investment institutions, funds, banks, family offices, and strategic partners;

  Participate in high-level business negotiations and capital partnership projects;

  Represent the company at international financial summits and industry forums;

  Assist in enhancing the company's influence within global capital markets. Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field;

  Professional certifications such as MBA, CFA, or CPA are preferred;

  Over 10 years of experience in investment management, with at least 5 years in a senior investment management role;

  Familiarity with global financial markets and asset management frameworks;

  Exceptional capabilities in investment analysis and risk control;

  A proven track record of successful investment cases and a strong reputation within the market.

  Experience in international capital markets;
