Role Overview

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will drive Foria’s next stage of profitable, multi-channel growth. This executive will oversee brand strategy and integrate DTC, Wholesale, and Amazon strategies, uniting performance marketing, brand storytelling, and sales under one cohesive vision of scalable, margin-positive growth.

This customer-obsessed leader has equal fluency in brand and growth, balancing storytelling with market share growth, and art with analytics. They bring a track record of scaling consumer brands through novel business development, disciplined execution, and commercial rigor.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Revenue Growth Across Channels

  • Own topline growth and profitability targets across DTC, Wholesale, and Amazon.
  • Design, execute and manage channel strategies that accelerate reach, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Develop new channels and strategic partnerships that drive seven and eight-figure growth. 
  • Identify and optimize channel mix and margin contribution across digital and physical retail.

2. . Drive Brand Heat & Category Leadership

  • Partner with Creative and Product teams to ensure all campaigns elevate Foria’s role as the leader in Clean Intimacy.
  • Leverage press, partnerships, and brand moments to grow awareness and affinity.
  • Use customer insights and data to guide innovation and strengthen product-market fit.
  • Collaborate with Foria’s product team to drive innovation and a commercially strong product strategy

3. Scale DTC  

  • Lead customer acquisition strategy to drive meaningful growth in the customer base
  • Translate brand storytelling into scalable, conversion-oriented digital campaigns.
  • Build a high-performing retention engine across all DTC marketing channels. 

4. Expand Wholesale & Retail Footprint

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key retail partners.
  • Define sales process and pipeline management tools for B2B growth.
  • Lead expansion into new retailers and international distributors aligned with brand positioning.

5. Lead & Inspire a Cross-Functional Team

  • Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams.  
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Product to align growth goals with profitability.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience driving growth for high-performing consumer brands (wellness and/or beauty preferred).
  • Proven success leading DTC acquisition and retention programs with measurable LTV growth.
  • Demonstrated track record in building and managing wholesale accounts and retail expansion.
  • Deep understanding of digital performance marketing, attribution, and channel economics.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.

Total compensation for this position in the Los Angeles area starts at $225-$250 in base salary + bonus. Bonuses are paid both quarterly and annually. Base pay will depend on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. Bonuses are tied to individual and company performance. An equity incentive may also be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to medical and matching 401(k) benefits. Foria provides wellness Fridays & unlimited PTO.
