We’re working with a growing, operationally focused company that is looking to bring on a CFO to help build and scale the finance and accounting function.
This role will partner closely with executive leadership and investors, with a focus on strengthening financial reporting, improving processes, and helping guide the company through its next phase of growth.
The environment is fast-paced and hands-on. This is not a purely strategic role. The right person will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves while also operating at a high level.
Key Areas Of Focus
- Financial reporting and close process oversight
- Building and improving accounting and finance processes
- Partnering with leadership on financial strategy and decision-making
- Supporting interactions with investors and lenders
- Helping scale the function as the company grows
What They’re Looking For
- CFO or VP Finance / Head of Finance background
- Strong foundation in accounting and financial reporting
- Experience in a growth-oriented or PE-backed environment is a plus
- Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
Compensation is expected to be in the $200K–$250K base range, with flexibility depending on experience, plus bonus and potential equity.
