You will manage accounting, tax, treasury, and audit functions, ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards.
A key responsibility is risk management, including enforcing financial controls and overseeing internal and external audits.
You will lead portfolio management, investment strategies, capital structuring, and financing decisions to support expansion.
You will play a vital role in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic financial initiatives to drive business success.
Collaboration with the executive team is essential to enhance business performance and decision-making at the C-suite level.
You will engage with banks, investors, and funding institutions, negotiating financial agreements for company growth.
You will oversee team leadership, digital transformation, and automation to improve financial efficiency and data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
Fully qualified accountant and preferably warranted.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a senior finance management role.
Proven leadership skills.
Must have strong communication skills.
