Finatal are working with a Private Equity backed facilities management business seeking to grow to £15m EBITDA. Run by an experienced exec team they are looking for a proven CFO from a Private Equity background to join and take them through the next stage of their growth.
The role would suit a proven CFO with:
- Experience in Private Equity backed environments
- Demonstrable skillset around all stages of the M&A journey from origination, through execution and integration
- Background in business services, ideally in Facilities Management or TICC businesses
- The ability to work effectively remotely with extensive travel to current and prospective portfolio sites around the UK
