– 재무(자금), 회계, 투자 등 재경 업무 총괄
[필수사항]
– 상장사 경험
– 전자 또는 High tech 제조업체 경험
– 투자 및 M&A 경험
– KICPA, AICPA 보유
– 영어회화 가능자
2. 투자팀장 (부장/팀장)
[주요업무]
– 투자 전략 수립 및 Deal Sourcing
– Deal Process 총괄 및 경영진 의사결정 Support
– 인수 후 통합전략 수립 및 시너지 창출 Process 관리 등
[자격요건]
– 제조 상장사 소속 국내/해외 투자 및 M&A 경험 또는 투자사, 전략컨설팅 출신
– 영어 Native 수준
[우대사항]
– VC/PE와의 폭넓은 네트워크 보유
– CFA, CPA 관련 자격증 소지자

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Level: Executive Director / Senior Director
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s finance organization, including treasury, accounting, and investment-related functions. This executive role will be responsible for ensuring strong financial governance while supporting strategic growth through investment and M&A initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee finance, treasury, accounting, and investment-related activities
- Support financial strategy, governance, and executive decision-making
- Lead or support investment review and M&A initiatives
- Build a scalable finance function aligned with business growth
Requirements
- Experience in a listed company
- Experience in electronics or high-tech manufacturing
- Investment and M&A experience
- KICPA or AICPA certification
- Good spoken English skills
2. Head of Investment Team
Position: Head of Investment Team
Level: Department Head / Team Lead
We are looking for a Head of Investment Team to lead investment strategy, deal sourcing, transaction execution, and post-merger integration planning. This role will support leadership in identifying strategic growth opportunities and delivering successful investment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop investment strategy and source new deals
- Oversee the full deal process and support executive decision-making
- Lead post-merger integration strategy and synergy management
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle
Qualifications
- Experience in domestic and overseas investment / M&A at a listed manufacturing company, or background in an investment firm or strategy consulting firm
- Native-level English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong network with VC / PE firms
- CFA, CPA, or related certifications
