Are you a strategic Finance Leader ready to drive impact at the heart of a mission-driven, international organization?
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a strategic company at the heart of Europe’s energy transition. Reporting directly to the CEO and as a member of the Management Board, you will lead overall financial strategy, performance management, and operational efficiency.
Job based in Luxembourg City.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, cash flow, and investments.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain relationships with auditors, banks, insurers and regulator.
Oversee Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Financial Services, and Risk departments.
Oversee financial services to ensure efficient and compliant business operations within a regulated environment.
Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks.
Lead corporate finance and treasury operations, ensuring liquidity and optimal capital structure.
Drive financial planning and pricing strategy aligned with company objectives and stakeholder needs.
Support executive decision-making with a business-oriented and data-driven mindset.
Drive transformation of financial and operational processes while fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
Foster a culture of performance, autonomy, and continuous improvement across teams.
Your Profile:
12+ years’ experience in corporate finance, ideally in a regulated environment.
Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Proven track record in financial leadership with strategic and operational skills.
Strong leadership, with the ability to inspire, anticipate, and innovate.
Background in a Luxembourg regulated financial company, ideally with experience preparing for financial regulatory compliance would be a strong advantage.
English fluent and ideally French (any other EU languages is a plus).
