Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer to join our team in an on-site capacity at our Los Angeles, CA location. The CFO will oversee the organization’s financial planning, reporting, and strategy. Key responsibilities include managing financial teams, analyzing financial performance, preparing statements and reports, driving budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to align financial objectives with organizational goals and deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance for organizational growth and resource allocation.
  • Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and conducting comprehensive Financial Reporting.
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and optimize business strategies.
  • Ability to provide financial leadership, fostering collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or MBA is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally in a similar industry or market.
