We are partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed consumer brand on a confidential CFO search. This company has built a dominant direct-to-consumer foundation with a heavy subscription revenue base and is scaling aggressively with serious category momentum.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to own the finance seat at a high-growth DTC brand at an inflection point. As CFO, you will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and PE sponsors, driving financial planning, capital allocation, and long-term value creation. You will also provide oversight across select operational functions including legal, HR, and compliance as the business scales.
Compensation
Up to $400K cash incentive + equity participation
Before Applying, Check Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership with CFO-level experience at a high-growth DTC or ecommerce CPG brand
- Big 4, public accounting, or investment banking foundation is required
- Deep subscription revenue fluency including LTV, CAC, churn, and cohort-level analysis
- Proven track record scaling a rapidly growing DTC brand where ecommerce is the primary channel
- Experience in PE-backed environments where speed and financial rigor are expected in equal measure
- Strong FP&A, board communication, and capital markets experience
- Familiarity with ERP systems and a track record of building scalable financial infrastructure
- West Coast based strongly preferred
