We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for one of the divisions of the MAW Group of Companies.
Key Result Areas
- Drive annual budgeting, optimize costs, monitor profitability, and recommend corrective actions to achieve financial targets.
- Optimize working capital through accurate fund planning, efficient cash utilization, and reduced interest costs.
- Deliver accurate monthly MIS with actionable financial insights to support timely business decisions.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, company SOPs, and audit obligations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and complete all reconciliations, statutory filings, and financial closures on time.
- Manage vehicle ordering and delivery processes to ensure timely customer fulfillment without operational delays.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels while minimizing aging stock through effective monitoring and coordination.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and incentive administration in line with company policies.
- Strengthen cash flow by effectively managing collections, credit controls, guarantees, claims, and statutory receivables.
Job Requirements
- Chartered Accountant degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
