The Strategic Challenge
The core challenge of this position lies in the financial harmonization of a high-volume, multi-channel operation. As CFO, you will be responsible for designing an architecture that ensures absolute traceability of profitability across diverse environments—including physical Retail, Wholesale, and Digital Sales—guaranteeing that accelerated growth does not compromise asset integrity or corporate liquidity.
Key Executive Functions
- Financial Strategy Architecture: Define and execute the corporate financial strategy aligned with the company’s expansion objectives.
- Governance & Internal Control: Oversee Accounting, Administration, and Internal Audit departments, establishing robust controls to safeguard company assets.
- Critical Liquidity Management: Manage cash flow and ensure the necessary liquidity for operations across Retail, Wholesale, and Digital Sales channels.
- Compliance Leadership: Coordinate relationships with external legal and tax advisors to shield the operation against corporate and regulatory risks.
- Business Intelligence: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) per sales channel, proposing strategic improvements based on deep financial analysis.
- Institutional Negotiation: Lead high-level relationships and negotiations with banking, financial, and insurance institutions.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in executive financial leadership roles, with a proven track record in Retail, Wholesale, or Digital Sales environments.
- Technical Expertise: Mastery of NIF/IFRS, advanced financial planning, tax compliance, ERP systems, and Business Intelligence tools.
- Languages: Advanced English (Mandatory) for C-Suite level communication.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration; MBA or Master’s in Finance highly preferred.
