The role requires deep expertise in corporate finance, business finance, debt and equity financing, and capital structuring. The successful candidate should have well-established relationships with global banks, financial institutions, and investors, with demonstrated experience in raising capital and managing strategic financing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA); MBA preferred.
- 20+ years of relevant experience, including significant exposure to large, diversified businesses.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic business partnering capabilities.
