We are an award-winning, NDIS-registered Specialist Disability Accommodation provider and property investment platform operating across property development, fund management, and impact investment.
As we scale, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and partner closely with the Board and executive team through our next phase of growth.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the financial architecture of a purpose-driven business making a real difference in the lives of people with disability.
What you'll do:
• Lead all financial operations and set financial strategy aligned with our growth and consolidation goals.
• Oversee fund structuring, capital deployment, and fund administration across our investment vehicles.
• Manage treasury, debt facilities, and lender relationships to support our development pipeline.
• Lead group tax strategy and structuring, working with our external advisors.
• Oversee GST treatment of property acquisitions, developments, and disposals.
• Drive statutory reporting, audit, governance, and a strong financial control environment.
• Deliver sharp Board reporting and act as a trusted strategic partner to leadership.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team.
What you'll bring:
• CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent).
• 10–15+ years of senior finance experience, including fund management within property, real assets, or alternative investments.
• A strong track record in fund structuring and fund administration.
• Deep knowledge of Australian trust structures, property tax, and GST.
• Experience managing complex group finances.
• The ability to operate as a genuine strategic partner to a Board and executive team.
Nice to have:
• Experience in NDIS, Specialist Disability Accommodation, or social and impact investment.
• A track record of supporting a business through periods of high growth or consolidation.
• Strong commercial acumen and comfort operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
