I'm currently speaking with two mining companies regarding potential CFO appointments anticipated during Q3.
Both opportunities remain confidential at this stage. One is an exploration and development company seeking a CFO & Company Secretary, while the other is a development-stage mining company expected to appoint a CFO as it progresses through its next phase of growth.
Likely areas of responsibility will include:
• Executive leadership and Board engagement
• Capital markets, financing and investor relations
• Financial planning, reporting and governance
• Company secretarial responsibilities and ASX compliance
• Project development, capital allocation and strategic decision making
• M&A, partnerships and commercial initiatives
Suitable candidates will typically bring experience within listed mining companies and exposure to financing, project development, operations and corporate strategy.
