Position Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for overseeing corporate finance, financial strategy, capital structuring, treasury operations, and regulatory financial compliance.
This role requires deep experience in institutional finance, venture-backed startups, and digital asset markets. The CFO will work closely with the CEO, investors, and leadership team to scale OmniQuant Capital’s financial infrastructure and support global expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy and long-term capital planning
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, board, and investors
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Establish financial KPIs aligned with the company’s growth objectives
Capital Markets & Fundraising
- Manage venture financing, strategic investments, and institutional partnerships
- Lead equity financing, token-related capital strategies, and structured funding
- Maintain strong relationships with venture capital firms, institutional investors, and financial partners
Treasury & Digital Asset Management
- Oversee crypto treasury management, liquidity strategy, and asset allocation
- Implement institutional-grade risk management and capital efficiency frameworks
- Manage fiat and digital asset custody relationships with banks, custodians, and exchanges
Financial Operations
- Build and lead the company’s finance, accounting, and financial operations teams
- Establish scalable financial reporting and accounting infrastructure
- Implement financial controls, internal audit frameworks, and operational processes
Compliance & Regulatory Finance
- Ensure compliance with U.S. financial regulations, tax requirements, and digital asset reporting standards
- Coordinate with legal teams on regulatory strategy for crypto trading and investment operations
- Oversee corporate structuring across U.S. and international jurisdictions
Investor Relations
- Lead financial reporting and communication with investors and stakeholders
- Prepare board materials and provide strategic financial insights to leadership
QualificationsRequired Experience
- 10+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, venture-backed startups, hedge funds, or digital asset firms
- Prior experience as CFO, VP Finance, or Head of Finance in a high-growth technology or financial services company
- Strong background in capital markets, fundraising, and financial structuring
- Experience with crypto markets, blockchain companies, or digital asset investment firms
Technical Expertise
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, treasury management, and financial modeling
- Familiarity with crypto treasury management, exchanges, custodians, and on-chain asset management
- Knowledge of U.S. financial regulations, GAAP accounting, and tax frameworks
Leadership Skills
- Proven ability to build and scale finance teams in startup environments
- Strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth fintech environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with quantitative trading firms or digital asset hedge funds
- Background in venture capital or private equity-backed companies
- CPA, CFA, or MBA from a top-tier institution
- Experience managing multi-jurisdiction corporate structures
