Title: Chief Financial Officer

Our client, a rapidly growing international consumer goods manufacturer/retailer, is seeking a CFO to join their dynamic, innovative team and lead a large, energetic Finance team and support aggressive expansion plans.
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO brings:
Financial Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth and scalability in the consumer goods sector.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to support product innovation, market expansion (local and international) and supply chain optimization.
Partner with the CEO and board to align financial goals with business objectives.
IPO Preparation & Execution
Manage end-to-end IPO processes, including SEC filings, financial audits, and prospectus preparation.
Collaborate with legal advisors, investment banks, and auditors to ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, GAAP).
Design post-IPO financial frameworks to meet quarterly reporting and investor expectations.
Financial Operations & Risk Management
Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and M&A activities, ensuring robust internal controls.
Mitigate risks related to global supply chains, inventory management, and currency fluctuations.
Leverage ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Investor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement
Cultivate relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders post-IPO.
Communicate financial performance and growth strategies transparently to build market credibility.
Team Leadership
Mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA or CPA required.
Experience:
10+ years in finance, including 5+ years as CFO/SVP Finance in consumer goods and international experience.
Led at least one IPO from preparation to post-listing; deep understanding of SEC regulations.
Expertise in global supply chain finance, retail/distribution models, and cost optimization.
Skills: Mastery of GAAP/IFRS, financial modeling, ERP systems, and investor relations.
Leadership: Strategic thinker with exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
