Role Description
We are seeking a Chief Finance & Business Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Additional responsibilities include developing financial strategies, analyzing financial data, and providing leadership to support business growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Finance
- Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's, MBA or CPA certification is highly advantageous)
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role within a non-profit
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
