About the Role
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for defining and executing the overall vision, strategy, and long-term growth of the organization. In an Industrial Technology & Engineering Solutions company, the CEO drives innovation across engineering services, industrial automation, energy solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
This role requires strong leadership to manage complex engineering operations, oversee large-scale projects (EPC, automation, smart factory, etc.), and align business objectives with technological advancements and market demands.
The CEO works closely with the Board of Directors, executive team, and stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth, operational excellence, and competitive positioning within the industrial and engineering sector.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the company’s vision, mission, and corporate strategy
- Identify growth opportunities in sectors such as energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, and Industry 4.0
- Drive digital transformation, innovation, and adoption of advanced technologies
- Ensure revenue growth, profitability, and financial sustainability
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and investors
- Oversee end-to-end execution of engineering projects (EPC/EPCM, automation, system integration)
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all operations
- Optimize operational processes and resource utilization
- Build and lead a high-performing executive leadership team
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop talent pipelines in engineering, technology, and project management
- Represent the company with clients, regulators, partners, and industry forums
- Strengthen brand positioning in industrial technology and engineering solutions
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- MBA or advanced degree in Business or Engineering preferred
- 15–20+ years of experience in industrial technology, engineering, or related industries
- Proven track record in executive leadership (CEO, COO, Managing Director, etc.)
- Strong experience in EPC, industrial automation, energy, or manufacturing sectors
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Deep understanding of engineering operations and industrial technologies
- Financial management and P&L responsibility
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to drive innovation and digital transformation
