Beecher Reagan has been retained to lead the search for a Chief Executive Officer for a high-growth, private capital-backed professional services platform at a critical stage of evolution.
The business is transitioning from a strong foundation of technical delivery into a scaled, market-led enterprise, with a focus on building a more integrated, commercially driven, and operationally disciplined platform. The CEO will lead this transformation—owning enterprise-wide performance, strengthening go-to-market capabilities, and building the infrastructure required to support continued growth and value creation.
This individual will partner closely with the Board and investors to drive performance, unlock expansion opportunities, and position the company for long-term strategic success.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Define and execute a clear, differentiated growth strategy aligned with investor objectives.
- Lead the evolution from a founder- or expert-led organization into a scalable, integrated services platform.
- Own full enterprise P&L, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and overall business performance.
- Build and professionalize a repeatable, data-driven go-to-market engine, including new business development and account expansion.
- Establish a disciplined operating cadence, including KPI frameworks, forecasting rigor, and performance accountability.
- Improve delivery consistency, utilization, and operational efficiency across a distributed services model.
- Partner with technology leadership to leverage data, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance scalability and execution.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of acquisitions, ensuring alignment across operations, culture, and go-to-market.
- Build repeatable playbooks for integration, standardization, and scalable growth.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing executive team capable of supporting continued platform expansion.
- Serve as the primary interface with the Board and financial sponsor, providing clear, data-driven communication on performance and strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a CEO or senior enterprise leader within a professional services, consulting, or tech-enabled services environment.
- Demonstrated success scaling a private capital-backed business through multiple phases of growth.
- Strong track record of building and leading commercial organizations and go-to-market transformations.
- Experience leading companies through operational and strategic transformation, including operating model evolution and cultural change.
- Deep familiarity with private equity operating cadence, governance, and value creation plans.
- Experience with M&A execution and post-acquisition integration is strongly preferred.
- Credibility with both technical delivery teams and commercial leadership.
- Hands-on, pragmatic leadership style with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience with meaningful P&L ownership.
- Geography: US-based, with flexibility to travel as needed.
