Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the overall strategic, financial, and operational direction of Artisan Partners UAE. The CEO will oversee day-to-day business operations, set and implement long-term strategies, and ensure that projects and services align with the firm’s vision and client expectations. Key responsibilities include managing financial performance, guiding business planning, and driving organizational growth in target markets. The CEO will collaborate closely with senior leaders on project delivery, sales initiatives, and client relationship management, while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture. The role also involves monitoring market trends in engineering consultancy, representing the company to stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Business Planning to oversee day-to-day activities and long-term organizational growth.
- Experience in Sales and client relationship development within professional services or engineering consultancy environments.
- Expertise in Strategic Planning, with a track record of defining and executing long-term business strategies.
- Previous executive leadership experience, ideally in engineering, construction, or consultancy sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead remote teams, promote collaboration, and drive performance across diverse locations.
- Relevant academic background in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical leadership, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
