The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the overall strategic direction business operations and organizational development of Coretest Inc This role provides executive leadership to ensure sustainable growth operational efficiency and long term corporate success The CEO works closely with the board of directors and senior management team to define and execute company strategy
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the companys long term strategy and business objectives
Identify market opportunities and define business growth directions
Lead major corporate decisions including investments partnerships and expansion
Overall Business Management
Oversee all business operations and ensure performance targets are achieved
Coordinate key functions including operations finance technology sales and marketing
Ensure alignment between company strategy and execution
Organizational Development
Build and lead the executive management team
Develop organizational structure and improve operational efficiency
Promote corporate culture leadership development and talent retention
Business Growth and Innovation
Drive business expansion and new product or service development
Strengthen competitive position in the market
Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
Financial and Risk Oversight
Oversee financial performance including revenue profitability and cost control
Ensure proper risk management and compliance systems are in place
Support sustainable financial planning and resource allocation
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration Economics Finance Engineering or related fields MBA preferred
More than 20 years of experience in corporate management or related industries
Senior leadership experience such as CEO President Executive Vice President or Business Unit Head
Strong strategic thinking and business execution capability
Experience managing cross functional and international teams preferred
Excellent leadership communication and decision making skills
Ability to operate effectively in complex and fast changing business environments
