My client is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead one of its healthcare portfolio companies through its next phase of growth and value creation. This is a unique opportunity for a proven executive who combines strong operational leadership with financial acumen and a deep understanding of scaling businesses in partnership with private equity investors.
The CEO will work closely with the Board and sponsor's investment team to drive strategic initiatives, accelerate growth, improve operational performance, and execute the long-term value creation plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth plan.
- Lead all aspects of operations, financial performance, and organizational development.
- Partner closely with the Board and private equity sponsors on value creation initiatives.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability improvement, and operational excellence.
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Evaluate and execute strategic opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, and new market expansion.
- Establish a performance-driven culture focused on accountability and results.
- Serve as the primary representative of the company with customers, investors, and key stakeholders.
Ideal Profile
- Proven executive leadership experience as a CEO, President, General Manager, or senior operating executive.
- Strong background in healthcare services or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success leading businesses through growth, transformation, or private equity ownership.
- Deep understanding of financial performance management and value creation.
- Experience working with boards, investors, and institutional stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ambitious growth objectives.
- Experience working in a $2m – $15m EBITDA environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- MBA
- 10+ years' experience in business related field
- Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
