Role Description
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will oversee the strategic direction, operations, and overall management of Colossus Technovation Ltd. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, overseeing financial performance, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. The CEO will also be responsible for fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, setting company culture, and aligning organizational goals with the company’s mission and vision. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Finance and Operations Management to oversee budgets, financial planning, and day-to-day operations effectively.
- Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning for leading the organization’s long-term growth and success.
- Proven track record in Sales and business development to drive revenue and build partnerships.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills to inspire teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of technology trends and their business implications, particularly in the African market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in the tech industry or related sectors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic, result-driven decisions.
