Role Description:
As the organization's top leader, you will be in charge of the company's overall strategic direction, expansion, and operational excellence as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You will oversee the executive team, promote a high-performance culture, generate sustainable income, and guarantee alignment with the company's vision.
Job Description:
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectivesLead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
- Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profitsEnforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: At least ten years of senior executive leadership experience in the IT services, software, or tech consulting industries (such as CEO, COO, or managing director).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the IT services landscape, including software development lifecycles (SDLC), delivery models (Offshore/Onshore), and emerging technologies.
- Financial Acumen: Expert understanding of corporate finance, P&L management, forecasting, and investment strategies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and visionary leadership abilities. Proven track record of maintaining a calm demeanor and making data-informed decisions in high-stress environments.
