Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Accountant cum Finance Manager, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The primary responsibilities of the role include overseeing financial strategies, managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial performance. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and support strategic business decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Expertise in accounting principles, tax legislation, and compliance requirements
- Proficient in financial analysis, risk management, and internal auditing
- Capability in leadership, team management, and effective communication
- Proficiency in accounting and finance software tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant experience in finance or accounting leadership roles
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is preferred
