The Impact You’ll Make:
- Financial Stewardship: Own the end-to-end preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Compliance Lead: Ensure 100% adherence to VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standards) and local tax regulations (CIT, VAT, PIT).
- Strategic Partner: Move beyond reporting. You’ll provide the budgeting insights and variance analysis that help us make smarter business decisions.
- Infrastructure Builder: Strengthen our internal controls, document processes, and ensure we are always "audit-ready."
- Operational Anchor: Support payroll, fixed asset management, and cross-functional alignment.
Who You Are:
- Qualified: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance. CPA (Vietnam) or ACCA is highly preferred.
- Experienced: You have 2+ years in corporate or general accounting (multinational or shared services experience is a big plus).
- Technically Strong: Proficient in accounting software and a power user in Microsoft Excel.
- Bilingual: Intermediate proficiency in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with regional/global stakeholders.
- Principled: You hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and thrive in environments that value accountability.
