Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the Chairman of the Executive Board based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with flexibility for remote work. The Chairman will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and governance to the Executive Board, overseeing organizational priorities, fostering innovative approaches in artificial intelligence research, and ensuring alignment of company strategy with market demands. Additional responsibilities include liaising with key stakeholders, representing the company in high-level discussions, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

- Proven ability to work in both in-person and remote work environments, balancing priorities efficiently and maintaining team engagement.
